About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
