About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a General Medicine RN, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
