Folder Gluer Operator

Job Summary:

As a Folder Gluer Operator at WestRock, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the folder-gluer line, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be directing the work of gluer assistants and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze job tickets to determine the appropriate setup procedure
Verify barcode scanners and perform quality checks on cartons
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary labels and forms
Train and direct gluer assistants and perform routine maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience operating a folder-gluer
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic arithmetic
