Construction Operations Manager

Storm4 is expanding its renewable energy projects and seeks a qualified Construction Manager for this challenging U.S. nationwide role (60% - 75% travel).

The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of $130,000 - $155,000 + bonus + benefits.

This position requires overseeing construction activities from design through project closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have extensive solar installation background with at least 5 years in construction leadership and the ability to partner with Project Management and Engineering teams to address technical concerns, project planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing standards, safety plans, and KPIs to drive operational improvements and project efficiency.
  • Partnering with Project Management and Engineering teams to address technical concerns, project planning, and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, First Aid/CPR; Procore experience beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and construction management software.
