Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT or BT) to join our team at Autumn ABA, providing in-home therapy services for preschool-aged clients with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapeutic ABA sessions in the client's home environment
  • Collect and maintain data on session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
  • Maintain accurate anecdotal session notes and required paperwork
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBA and other team members
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma (required) and a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or social work (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children (desired)
About the Opportunity

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. You will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28 and a flexible schedule. Our team values a positive work culture and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to commute to Mt. Olive, NJ. Travel compensation is also available for qualified candidates.
