Land Survey Technician

Yoh is seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician to join our team in Chalfont, PA. As a key member of our Civil Engineering client's survey operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing survey operations and ensuring the accuracy and precision of survey data.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement survey strategies to optimize field operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to inform project decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to CAD Drafters to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain mapping solutions using field crew data collector files, sketches, and reference maps.
- 5+ years of surveying experience with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering clean and precise plan presentations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of field survey operations and the engineering/construction industry.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
