We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a Permanency Case Manager within our organization. This position is designed for those who are passionate about enhancing the lives of children and families in need.

****Compensation: Average hourly rate is $27.70 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

As a Permanency Case Manager, you will engage with vulnerable families and children, providing essential support during challenging times. Your accredited Bachelor's Degree and a valid Driver's License are prerequisites for this role.

Training and Development

We offer a comprehensive 13-week training program that includes mentorship and diverse learning experiences, such as fieldwork, in-office activities, and classroom instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support families navigating the foster care system.
  • Facilitate the achievement of permanency for children under the care of DFPS.
  • Conduct monthly home visits and attend court hearings.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders and resources.
