Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and genuine greetings to resort guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's handled with care and professionalism.
  • Answer inquiries about resort amenities, services, and policies, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Refer requests to the appropriate department manager when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, are able to work independently, and can handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment. If you're a people-oriented individual who is able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance, we'd love to hear from you.
