Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioral Support Technicians to deliver therapeutic services to our clients. Our organization values initiative, teamwork, and self-directed work, fostering an environment where staff can take pride in their contributions while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized service plans (ISP) tailored to their unique needs, as directed by the BCBA.
- Design and execute interventions aligned with the established goals for each client.
- Establish rapport and cultivate positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Assist in identifying and securing relevant wrap-around services for clients.
- Serve as a resource for clients and their families, providing guidance and support.
- Report directly to the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required; a College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Effective communication abilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
