Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Holland Partner Group. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will provide critical support to our Property Manager and administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Support the Property Manager in maintaining accurate records, including resident files, lease agreements, and property information.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Assist with resident relations, including responding to resident inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related coursework preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial property management, leasing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with on-site software systems, Yardi preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse populations.
