Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland, VA, or DC.
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure social work experience, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Knowledge of social work theories, principles, and interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
