About the Role:

PADNOS, a leading recycling company in Michigan, is seeking an IT intern to support its Information Technology Operations department. As an IT intern, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and solving problems for employees, ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in new PC setup and configuration
- Provide mobile device setup and support for iOS and Android devices
- Help with Active Directory user setup and administration
- Offer basic user help desk support
- Support Windows 2016 server administration and Office 365/Exchange administration

Requirements:

- Must be a current student (preferably freshman, sophomore, or junior status)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible work schedule (around 20 hours during school, 40 hours in the summer)
- Basic to moderate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Windows 10 operating systems
