About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0395. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Promote our brand and services through effective communication and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Assist with sales and membership promotions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to help drive studio growth.
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our members.
