Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clinical staff to meet clinical outcomes and provide expert guidance on medication usage and management.
- Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
- Ensure pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
- Drive financial profitability and identify opportunities for growth in the pharmacy.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders and clinic partners to meet their needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Ohio.
- Certified immunizer.
- Willing to complete LAI Training.
