We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Strategic Staffing Solutions in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring that all aspects of the process are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in human resources, with expertise in MS Office products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent our client's positive and professional culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome new hires after orientation, provide building tours, and set up IT equipment.
  • Assist with licensing and compliance courses, including troubleshooting technology challenges.
  • Monitor new hires' progress, track attendance, and report any issues to management.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions. Follow up to ensure all paperwork is complete.
  • Refer issues as needed to HR consultants. Assist with preparation, processing, and maintenance of post-employment-offer paperwork including I-9 verification using the E-verification system.
