Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the project management team in delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project analysts and project managers in coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Partner with project teams to develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing project-related correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the environmental engineering or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
