Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for assuming the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence. They will also contribute to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.

This role involves exerting maximum effort to achieve store sales projections, assisting in maintaining daily focus among all associates on standards achievement, and enforcing all policies and procedures to assure store profits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence
  • Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction

Work Schedule:

The typical work schedule for this role is 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak selling periods.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
