Napleton Downtown Chicago is seeking qualified Automotive General Motors Journeyman Technicians/Mechanics. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with General Motors vehicles. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of modern automotive technologies and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently perform tasks outlined in repair orders in accordance with dealership standards

  • Provide estimates for additional repairs as needed
  • Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

  • Quick learner with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
