Key Responsibilities
- Manage the press operations by effectively loading and unloading materials, as well as adjusting tooling as necessary.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to uphold safety regulations.
- Evaluate components to confirm compliance with engineering specifications.
- Identify and resolve any quality or mechanical issues that arise during production.
- Organize production tasks to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Enhance machine efficiency through necessary adjustments and optimizations.
- Interpret blueprints and adhere to production timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Skilled in utilizing measuring instruments for quality control.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stooping.
- Familiarity with industrial environments, including exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.
