Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Dollar Tree. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, including inspecting for damage and verifying quantities
  • Accurately store and retrieve merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise throughout the warehouse
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing storage areas
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory levels
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
