Job Overview

Join Our Warehouse Team at Leal's Snacks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and prepare all items for delivery trucks, ensuring efficient loading and unloading.
  • Verify all incoming shipments against documentation prior to acceptance.
  • Receive inventory and organize stock, ensuring proper rotation of products.
  • Sort and arrange baked goods as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the facility: manage waste disposal, sweep floors, and organize the warehouse and loading dock.
  • Physical demands include lifting, reaching overhead, bending, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment operation (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members as well as work independently.
