Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Stars Bay Area, Inc.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in a naturalistic environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote communication skills and language development.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required and a valid California SLP license; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; American Sign Language or bi-lingual ability preferred.
- Up-to-date CPR & First Aid Certification (adult, child, & infant) or ability to obtain.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay range of $65-$75 per hour, depending on experience.
- Paid drive time, phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement.

- San Jose, CA 95119: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
