Position Summary:
As the Director of Psychiatric Services at Pari Schulen, you will be instrumental in guiding and managing the psychiatric care offered by our organization. Your role will involve overseeing a dedicated team of psychiatrists, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch, evidence-based treatment. You will also work closely with program staff and administrative personnel to create and enforce clinical guidelines and policies.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver direct psychiatric services to clients, encompassing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  2. Oversee and mentor a team of psychiatrists, offering support and clinical insights.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive and cohesive care.
  4. Engage in program development and initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.
  5. Ensure precise and current clinical documentation is maintained.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Medical degree with a focus on psychiatry.
  2. Board certification in Psychiatry.
  3. Active medical license in the relevant state, or readiness to obtain one.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  5. Robust clinical skills and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
