Position Summary:
As the Director of Psychiatric Services at Pari Schulen, you will be instrumental in guiding and managing the psychiatric care provided by our institution. Your role will involve overseeing a dedicated team of psychiatrists, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional, evidence-based treatment. You will also work closely with program staff and administrative leaders to establish and execute clinical guidelines and policies.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver direct psychiatric services to clients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  2. Oversee and mentor a team of psychiatrists, offering guidance and clinical insights.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  4. Participate in program development and initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation is maintained.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Medical degree with a focus on psychiatry.
  2. Board certification in Psychiatry.
  3. Current medical license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  5. Strong clinical acumen and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
