Requirements
  • Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensed by the State of Michigan.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including initial and ongoing assessments, goal setting, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
