Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Cantex Continuing Care Network is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and support. As a CNA, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care to our patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to supervising charge nurses.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in in-service training programs to maintain nursing assistant certification annually.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide program.
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency.
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
  • Good communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, caregivers, and clinical teams.
