We are seeking a mid-level P6 scheduler responsible for the creation and upkeep of integrated studies and execution project timelines, including maintenance shutdowns. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding and application of project methodologies and Project Controls practices, which encompass planning principles, scheduling, risk/change management, cost/schedule integration, and performance assessment.

In this capacity, you will leverage your expertise and experience in a technical or professional field. You will address a variety of challenges using established procedures and solutions, while receiving moderate guidance and direction. Reporting to the Manager of Schedule Controls, your responsibilities will include:

Developing, maintaining, and reporting on project plans and timelines. Assisting with the daily updates of annual maintenance shutdown schedules. Participating in project schedule review sessions and updating timelines accordingly. Aiding in the preservation of integrated project schedule integrity. Contributing to the preparation of monthly schedule reports, ensuring thorough analysis. Supporting schedule development and oversight for designated areas. Identifying opportunities for process improvements. Ensuring adherence to standardized processes, systems, and tools. Fostering relationships with contractors and other project planning stakeholders. Collaborating with cost engineering and estimating teams to clearly communicate the implications of changes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling is preferred. Experience in project planning/scheduling within industrial and/or construction settings. Proven expertise and comprehensive knowledge of P6 Primavera Scheduling Software. Experience in integrating contractor schedules into a master project timeline. Capability to apply project scheduling techniques across various projects and disciplines.
