Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation/Therapy and the therapy team to deliver expert knowledge in wellness, fitness, and exercise programming.
  • Receive comprehensive restorative training on-site; prior restorative experience is not required (CNA Certification is mandatory).
  • Support the restorative care of patients as directed by the therapy team.
  • Focus on exclusive restorative tasks, including ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, active/passive range of motion, and personal care, minimizing less desirable CNA duties.
