QTS is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing assembly and packaging of components into products for the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, assemble, and package medical devices and components
  • Use tray, band, and impulse sealers
  • Work with chemicals as needed to clean work areas and components
  • Ensure products are handled and assembled per Quality Tech Services' Quality Systems Procedure(s)
  • Adhere to cGMP and ISO regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work required 2nd shift hours: Monday-Thursday 2:45pm-1:15am CT
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Able to read, speak and understand English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Assembly, clean room or manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
  • Previous work experience in a clean room environment
  • Knowledge or training pertaining to cGMP and ISO regulations
