Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed healthcare provider. Your duties will include rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, documenting in an electronic medical record, giving injections, and assisting with minor procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensure as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
  • One year of LPN experience preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
