Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site safety surveys to identify potential hazards and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective safety programs and policies.
- Provide training and education to clients on various safety topics, including ergonomics, machine guarding, and environmental health.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a related field, preferably in workers' compensation insurance.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to occupational safety and health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,800 to $88,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
