Westbound & Down Brewing Company is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic team at Westbound & Down Mill, our Pizzeria & Taproom in Lafayette, CO. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, protecting the guest experience, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

• Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the quality of our menu items, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Guest Experience: Protect the quality of the guest experience by providing excellent service, responding to guest feedback, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, communicate effectively, and support the success of the team.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and maintain a high level of food cost control.
