Responsibilities
  • Maintain food quality and presentation
  • Ensure the quality of the guest experience through excellent service and attention to detail
  • Maintain morale and performance of the kitchen team
  • Offer support and constructive feedback to colleagues
  • Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Collaborate with the rest of the staff to achieve common goals
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
