Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, is currently looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to patients in our Hospice Houses.

**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM; Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

The role of the hospice CNA is vital in offering both emotional and physical support to patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. Our CNAs are often described as the angels of care by the families we serve.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive care to patients, including essential personal assistance such as bathing and grooming, as well as household tasks that support the primary caregiver.

- Provide education to patients and their primary caregivers regarding personal care, patient positioning, and daily living activities.


**Qualifications:**

- Must possess a valid Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

- Current CPR certification is mandatory.

- A minimum of one year of recent experience in hospice, home health, or acute-care settings is preferred.
