Key Responsibilities:


Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough evaluations of existing training methodologies to pinpoint deficiencies, areas for enhancement, and prioritize training requirements tailored to project controls programs.


Curriculum Design & Implementation:
Create and deliver interactive, practical training programs and curricula that reflect industry best practices and essential technical skills. Adapt onboarding resources for general contractors to ensure their smooth integration and effectiveness.


Onboarding Process Enhancement:
Support the refinement of onboarding procedures for new site delivery personnel and general contractors, ensuring they are swiftly integrated and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success in their roles.


Performance Enhancement:
Develop and implement training strategies that directly address identified skill gaps and improve overall construction project performance.


Training Materials & Documentation:
Produce and maintain clear, current training resources (such as manuals, presentations, and job aids), ensuring easy access for both trainers and trainees. Utilize learning management systems where applicable.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work alongside project managers, site supervisors, and subject matter experts to align training content with project objectives and continuously gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness.


Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and implement process enhancements that streamline training, boost knowledge retention, and maximize return on investment.


Reporting & Evaluation:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, employee competency, and project outcomes. Generate regular reports to communicate training progress and impact to stakeholders.
