About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for managing the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines. Your expertise will ensure that our residents and clients receive high-quality dining services that meet their nutritional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage food service operations to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Provide training and quality control to staff to meet HCSG standards
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment at all times
  • Positively represent HCSG and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition
  • Proof of or successful completion of an approved Conference of Food Protection (CFP) Food Protection Manager (FPM) course
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
