As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Appliance repair and maintenance
- Air conditioning systems
- Heating systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing services
- Carpentry work
- Pool maintenance and other general upkeep tasks
You will also ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and relevant local laws concerning health, safety, and environmental standards. Direct interaction with residents to assess and resolve maintenance issues is a key part of this role, with a focus on timely resolution.
This position may require flexibility for overtime, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
The ideal Facilities Maintenance Specialist will possess experience in residential maintenance. This role requires interaction with high-end clients, necessitating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Must be qualified in air conditioning and able to interpret wiring diagrams
- High proficiency in all maintenance operations (including pool maintenance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Able to perform sustained physical labor
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Must be available for on-call duties
- Ownership of necessary hand tools is required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills
- Successful completion of drug and background checks is mandatory
