We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dietitian to deliver nutritional services to our client nursing centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, implement nutrition interventions, and monitor outcomes using the nutrition care process and evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to offer recommendations for nutritional care.
- Develop therapeutic diet menus tailored to the medical and physical needs of patients, ensuring integration with standard institutional menus as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans, and food selection during rounds.
- Perform test tray audits to evaluate meal quality and document patient interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Schedule site visits to conduct Clinical Nutrition Assessments as required.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree; experience in skilled nursing or acute care settings is preferred.
- Current licensure as mandated by law.
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.
- A combination of relevant experience and training that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge.
