Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian (CC - Hourly) to join our team at Pappas Restaurants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nutrition care to our patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage therapeutic diets and supplements, ensuring seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
  • Participate in patient rounds and contribute to the development of clinical nutrition policies
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • State licensure or certification as required by the state of practice (Texas)
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or a related field from a US regionally accredited college or university
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in an acute care facility, preferred
