Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the tax department to ensure high-quality tax services for our clients.
2. Formulate and execute strategic tax planning for clients across various sectors.
3. Review intricate income tax returns to guarantee accuracy and adherence to tax regulations.
4. Identify and mitigate tax risks through thorough assessments of company operations and financial conditions.
5. Provide innovative tax strategies and review complex income tax filings.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to earn their trust and business.
7. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and enhancement.
8. Collaborate with other departments and partners to achieve overarching business objectives.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to maintain the company's competitive edge.
10. Drive initiatives for business development to broaden the client base and increase revenue. Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
2. At least 5 years of progressive experience in a tax-related role.
3. In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and various tax returns.
4. Strong grasp of tax legislation and statutory requirements.
5. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a proven capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Strong strategic and business insight, with the capability to align tax strategies with business goals.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax information clearly.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues.
