Medical Surgical Care Professional

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Medical Surgical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Our patients rely on us for compassion, empathy, and expertise, and we are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to support nursing personnel in providing direct patient care, ensuring a safe and organized environment for delivery of care. You will assist with personal care, allied tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet individual patient needs.
Requirements- You must have sufficient education to read and understand instructions, as well as a valid Washington State Registration as a Nursing Assistant (without restrictions). Additionally, you should be able to obtain a Nursing Assistant Certification within 90 days of employment.
- A Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License is required upon hire, and National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also necessary upon hire.

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $23.15 - $39.86 per hour, based on your location in Everett, WA. This range may vary depending on additional compensation, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities.
