Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit at JobRialto. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to nursing practice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of experience as a Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN in a hospital setting and possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently. Additionally, they must be licensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the healthcare continuum.
  • Ensure accountability for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes by utilizing the nursing model of care and adhering to established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with various members of the healthcare team, patients, and families to facilitate communication and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards for a Registered Nurse in a similar role.
