A qualified candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or three to five years of pertinent experience, along with robust time management and critical thinking abilities, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you should hold or be capable of obtaining the necessary compliance certification within one year of employment. Experience in banking or credit unions is advantageous, as is familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations impacting the organization or the capacity to build upon existing knowledge of compliance resources and procedures.
