Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social interaction and reassurance to patients and families
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and physical activity
- Report changes in patient condition or environment to the attending nurse
- Support patient teaching and other procedures based on patient plans of care
- Prepare and submit documentation of observations, findings, and services provided
- Administer emergency first aid when needed
