Hanford Pharmaceuticals is a leading contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Privately owned and operated since 1846, Hanford Pharmaceuticals is a highly respected contract manufacturer specializing in manufacturing and filling sterile, injectable antibiotics, non-sterile intra-mammary infusions and other pharmaceutical products for veterinary and human use.



Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $19.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing batch production documentation for accuracy and completeness, verifying and reconciling material counts, reviewing mathematical calculations and conversions for accuracy, investigating errors and discrepancies, entering data in tracking databases, and assisting on packaging lines as needed.



Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:




  • Reviewing and verifying batch production documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifying and reconciling material counts
  • Reviewing mathematical calculations and conversions for accuracy
  • Investigating errors and discrepancies
  • Entering data in tracking databases
  • Assisting on packaging lines as needed
  • Verifying accuracy of returned component and label quantities
  • Completing accountability worksheets, production orders, formula cards, and material requisition documents
  • Scanning production records and maintaining electronic files
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and subordinate instructions
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and other individuals


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:




  • High school or equivalent education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with product and documentation familiarity
