  • Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice
  • Valid, unexpired Driver's License and automotive insurance
  • Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services, preferably in a home health setting
