As a key member of our team, you will provide essential services to support the development of children with delays, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of assigned children to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Provide education and support to families on strategies to promote their child's development and well-being.

Requirements:
  • PA licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Valid PA driver's license and good driving record.
  • State, FBI, and child abuse background checks.
  • Professional and personal references.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
