About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team in Supply Chain Support. As an key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

About You

  • You have a high school degree or equivalent and 1 year of operational or administrative experience.
  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inventory procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Review return authorization and credit memo forms to process returns efficiently.
  • Inspect condition of return material and place returns pending final disposition.
  • Check inventory items to ensure they meet Wesco standards.
  • Run credit memos when appropriate.
