As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) by entering and paying vendor invoices.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Office Administration:
  • Manage general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee office organization and cleanliness, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating company events.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in office administration, accounting, etc. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). They must have a strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
