About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust, Wipe, and Clean Surfaces: Ensure all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, are clean and dust-free.
  • Vacuum, Mop, and Wet Mop Designated Areas: Maintain a clean and tidy environment by vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas.
  • Clean Restrooms: Clean and disinfect restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure all fixtures and mirrors are clean and free of streaks.
  • Remove Trash and Clean Floors: Remove trash and recyclables, and sweep and/or wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure Lights and Doors are Secure: Ensure all lights are turned off and doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain energy efficiency and security.
  • Keep Closets Clean and Organized: Maintain clean and organized closets to ensure a clutter-free environment.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our cleaning team.
